Shopping Guide(Must Read)

Ordering procedures:
Shoppers can order throught order form online or WA/SMS us your order to us at 9760 7377.
But prefered to be ordered online.

1. Look thru our online shop and decide on which item(s) you would like to purchase.
2. Go into our order form website and submit the necessary information.
3. We will send you an email confirmation or SMS/WA you if you did not enter your email.
4. If we do not send a confirmation email by maximum 3 days, please email us/SMS/WA as we might have not received any order form from you.
5. Pay the necessary amount and the items will come within the stated waiting time (may be longer due to delays).
6. Collect items thru respective collection mode.

For new buyers who are unsure and feel unsafe, do read till the end of this post (: More details below!

Payment:

Please wait for our confirmation email before making any payment and then send us the receipt for verification.
We order on every Fri-Sun last day of payment will be Sunday

If payment has not been received by then, order will be taken off.

If payment cannot be made on time, please inform us and we'll gladly extend the dateline for you.

No payment made = no order is being confirmed.
CC-At your own risk.If mail lost,i will not be responsible.
Via meet-up at TAMPINES ONLY.-Please arrange a timing with us.(As i'm currently studying,i cannot control the timing of what time i want to go home.)

Collection: 

Via meetup

Meetups are strictly at Tampines MRT $0.50

Via Normal and Registered mailing

Normal Mail (according to weight) - $2.50

Registered mail - $4



Normal mail may have the risk of getting lost, please accept this term, if not please opt for reg mail. Tracking number will be available upon request.

Return mails:

We have received returned mails from local mail(my previous blogshop), please email us first if you have not received the items and we will mail the items out asap again.

Half of the normal postage will be paid by shoppers if this case happens.
Full payment by shoppers if they opt for registered mailing again.

Lost Mails:

We do experience lost normal mail and even registered mail. Below are our recommended solutions:
Half of the total price of the items bought and full postage (normal or registered) will be paid by shopper.

Regarding Items:

Items may sometimes be delayed due to various reasons like out of stock.

Please be patient as we will make another order for the items as fast as possible.

Items are subjected to availability.

It is common for preorders to be delayed where by some have reached Singapore, but the other part have not. Please contact us if you want to collect what is here first or continue to wait to collect together.

IMPORTANT!!!!Strictly no refunds or exchange.
Please check the items on the spot for meetup and one day after collection via mail.
We do not entertain spoilage of items after 2 days.
Items uncollected within 2 month will be confiscated (without any reply from buyers).If you have received a wrong items,shoppers will have to return us the items via mail or meetup. We will send for new correct orders.

Discount:

We give discounts to our regular customers (:

They are often portrayed below the regular price of the items.

But,Terms and Condition applys:

I will keep a record of buyer on my blogshop.Once the items you bought reached $10,u will get a free gift.

Once you bought $15,a 5% discount and a free gift will be given to you.

Half Payment Policy:

I am new! I am not sure if the blogshop is trustable, but I want to buy, what to do!?

1. Half payment!
Pay us half the total amount and the other half during collection (for meetup only)
At least we get payment to order and you guys save the other half of the amount to be peace at mind!

2. We answer anything and everything thru our email and phone!
